iStratgo is a strategic Human Capital Management platform that helps mid-to-large organisations align people, performance, and execution with business strategy. iStratgo is a performance management software which helps organisations to align their operations to strategy by linking the individual staff, departmental and project performance measures to strategy. iStratgo also helps organisations by
automating manual performance management processes and providing a holistic view of an organisation’s performance at a click of a button. Existing users of the balanced scorecard framework either use expensive off the shelf software, or manage it manually using cumbersome spreadsheets. The target market for iStratgo is a subset of SMEs that operate in metrics-driven industries e.g. law-firms, ad agencies, accounting firms, medical schemes and IT outsourcing firms who are currently using manual spreadsheets and documents to manage and track their performance. The ideal customers are based in South Africa and Africa, have 10-300 employees, are office-based, have internet-access and are already aware of the need for performance management. Customers will pay a monthly subscription fee to use the SaaS (software as a service) option or buy licenses if they want it deployed into their environment.
