Future objectives for the first three years of operation include:
The creation of a unique, upscale, innovative, environment that will differentiate PC EXPLORE from future businesses. Educating the community on what the business has to offer. GOALS : Increase revenue- increase customer renewal rate, launch new service, achieve sales quota
Increase profit- increase utilization rates, reduce days to deliver, reduce product costs. Have happy customers- reduce customer hold time, increase onsite customer visits. Support the community- sponsor charitable events, donate employee hours to a cause. Foster strong culture- plan offsite team building meetings offer more training programs.
