The Journey Begins
Our team set off from South Africa, embarking on a long-haul journey through the vibrant hub of Hong Kong before touching down at Gimhae International Airport. The mission? To connect, collaborate, and grow alongside our incredible partners in South Korea.

A Stay in Changwon
We’ve been calling the Grand City Hotel in Changwon our home. Changwon has been a revelation, it is a city where precision meets ambition. Known as a powerhouse of South Korean industry and innovation, the skyline is a stunning forest of high-rise buildings that reflect the country’s incredible economic energy.

Walking through the business sectors, you can feel the pulse of progress. Yet, amidst the towering industrial landscape, we found a culture that is deeply rooted in hospitality and respect.

Heartfelt Connections
Our team has been overwhelmed by the kindness of the people we’ve met and the shared vision of our partners. Seeing the world through their eyes and experiencing the local culture firsthand has reminded us why we do what we do. It’s about more than just technology; it’s about the people who use it and the global community we are building together.

Looking Ahead
We left South Korea with inspired minds, and a few more miles on our boots. Thank you to everyone who made this mission a success and for welcoming Nerospec GROUP with open arms.

Throwback to our Biggest Loser Challenge, a time filled with encouragement, effort, and plenty of laughs along the way. 💪 What started as a fun team competition quickly became a journey of motivation, support, and personal growth. We’re so grateful for everyone who showed up then, and who continues to show up every day. 💙

Today we celebrate Heritage Day, a moment to honour the rich cultures and traditions that make South Africa so unique. Nothing brings people together quite like good food, and our potjie kos competition with our friends from Microtronix Manufacturing reminded us how sharing a meal is about more than taste, it’s about connection, community, and carrying our heritage forward with pride.

Our Wellness Day with Growth House and Discovery Health was an absolute vibe — from pedaling our way to delicious smoothies, to getting those all-important health screenings, to just enjoying time together as the neroTEAM.

12 Weeks. 207 Kilograms. One Healthier neroTEAM.

The Final of our Biggest Loser challenge has wrapped up, and what a journey it’s been. Across the company we lost a total of 207 kg, with the top 3 alone dropping 54 kg. That’s no small feat, it’s a testament to grit, discipline, and team spirit.

From day one, our goal wasn’t just numbers on a scale. It was about encouraging the neroTEAM to live healthier, happier lives. And you delivered. Through cold winter mornings and long workdays, you showed gumption, lifted each other’s morale, and kept going until the finish line.

A huge well done to everyone who endured the entire 12 weeks, and a special thank you to the internal team who went above and beyond to make this competition a reality.

We’re stepping into summer stronger, lighter, and more united. That’s something worth celebrating.

Last weekend? Let’s just call it a collective sporting fumble. The Wallabies handed us one, but we take it on the chin, the Springboks don’t stay down long. 🏉💪

This weekend it’s Round 2, redemption on the menu. Someone must’ve told the Aussies “WAT ONS WEET”… but now it’s time to remind them who we are.

From climbing mountains, to running around with knives, to somehow bringing a colleague back from the dead… we pulled it all off this past Friday.

That’s right, the office became a gaming arena.
Pixels flew, rivalries got heated, and the trash talk was world-class.

By the end, we all walked away with square eyes, and massive smiles.

LAN Friday = COMPLETED.
