This secret sauce worked for Chantelle F. in her journey to a successful career. Long before joining LeadSquared, Chantelle worked for three major South African banks, where she focused on the sales and marketing side – more specifically, growing businesses in some form or the other.
In 2008, Chantelle left the corporate world to start her own debt collection business in Johannesburg. It was during this time that data analytics caught her interest. This interest eventually led her to create her next start-up – Dracore Data Sciences, which she registered in Bull's credit bureau in South Africa.
Chantelle is passionate about the start-ups' industry and is a proud owner of multiple profitable start-ups. From making coffee to juggling the different aspects of businesses like governance, compliance, sales, HR, marketing, and hiring, there isn't almost nothing that Chantelle hasn't handled!
Her vast experience in business strategy, coupled with her understanding of the challenges in the industry, prompted Chantelle to pursue the CRM space and search for a reasonably priced yet scalable and flexible solution. With an exclusive license to distribute the LeadSquared platform in Africa, Chantelle began her association with the company. And now, Chantelle joins us as the Head of Enterprise Business in Africa, and we couldn't be more excited!
When she isn't busy running businesses and being a boss woman, Chantelle loves spending time with her four doggos and helps in rescuing and finding shelter for dogs. She is quite the Aqua lady and does plenty of paddling to destress. As someone who loves learning, she is also pursuing an MBA and has enrolled in courses with the Harvard Online Business School.
