i-Saw with OBD (On-board Diagnostics) Module
i-Saw can be upgraded to include OBD Monitoring. An OBDII BT Dongle (On-board Diagnostics II Bluetooth Adapter) is required for this module to work, which is readily available from multiple sources. The OBD2 Module will monitor OBD2 errors passing across the vehicles OBD bus/connector. These errors are displayed within the OBD Module and reported to the 3DT Cloud. This OBD data in the cloud along with the vehicles location, is made visible in the Dispatch Manager. The Call Center Agent is then able to:
• Establish a support ticket with the driver of the vehicle and dispatch a field support agent to drivers location
• Message the driver of the vehicle
Dispatch Manager
Dispatch Manager an enterprise tracking ticketing system that allows companies to assign tickets/jobs to their field service personnel (‘Agent’), example: a delivery driver, and track in real time each Agent’s location with respect to the tickets final destination. The system also engages with the Client/Customer automatically, advising the Client/Customer in real time:
• the location of the Agent,
• the expected time of arrival,
• the job or ticket number,
• the description of the agent,
• any modification to the ticket (including destination, incidents, and ticket status)

The STOP Blacklist
The STOP Blacklist (‘STOP’), designed and developed by 3DT Group of Companies (Pty) Ltd, primary purpose is to expose scam artists, con artists, paedophiles, and other high crime individuals to the public, and help the authorities identify such individuals with the help of the public. STOP is a FREE anonymously public driven blacklist. STOP requires NO REGISTRATION and will always be FREE. All blacklisted people, groups or companies are submitted by the public anonymously. Each blacklisted name is first checked before being made publicly visible. New listings can take up to 24 hours to be reviewed, inspected and displayed. All blacklisted names can be disputed, and must be supported with a reason for the dispute. If disputed, that name is removed from public view immediately until further review. Once reviewed, that name will either be removed or put back up for public view. Accessible through multiple sources including:
