The purpose of this role is to provide excellent service to all participants of the State tender according to the Service Level Agreement.
Requirements:
1. Fleet Management experience (3 years)
2. Face to Face customer service experience (3 years)
3. Based in Province of Responsibility

Special requirements: Driver’s License and Own vehicle
• Fuel Card will be provided
System knowledge requirements: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Responsibilities
• Service end user Departments and SAPS as per the User Requirements and Special Conditions of the State Tender
• Monitor and report SLA deliverables in own area of responsibility
• Monthly and Annual Planners for customer visits in Province of responsibility
• Monthly and Annual Planners for training of end user Departments and SAPS on reports and systems.
• Minutes of all meetings to be kept on Shared Folder
• Relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
• Sell the project solution to non-participating Departments
• Cross Skilling with WesBank team
• Liaison with all Categories – Service Providers on the Project to ensure end to end service provision to Customer
• Analyse and Understand customer reports for discussion
• Analyse and report on trends in the Fleets
• Assist with arrears management
• Facility Management
