The company was started in 2014 by two safety professionals with more than 30 years of experience in the field of safety. Both directors have extensive on site and safety management experience. Connie Engelbrecht worked in a variety of industries ranging from aviation, petrochemical, construction and mining. She was the custodian for a behavioural safety program (People Based Safety, developed by

Dr. E.Scott Geller, dean of the Psychology faculty at the Roanoke University in South Carolina, USA). This was the first safety behavioural program in Africa acknowledging the importance of people as part of a behavioural safety program. Connie is the only representative in Africa for this program and assists companies with training, development and implementation of a person based behavioural safety program. Marnie has a mechanical engineering background and places a high value on safety. Her technical capabilities is a valuable asset to the company contributing to a focus on safety during the design phase. She has 10 years, on site, experience in industries such as construction and mining.
