So very privileged to share that our lil monster XL75 has a new stable mate!!
We’re super lucky to be afforded the opportunity to put a Heidelberg CS92 4-Colour A1 press through it paces.
On a similar technological level to our XL, the CS broadens our offering into an A1 market with the same predictable, precision orientated print outcomes.

We’re excited to explore a wider service offering to our clients and have already processed a number of jobs that meet our expectations perfectly.
Linked-Up, profiled, purring & ready to print @ 15,000imp/hr, the CS promises to be an asset to our revised strategy.

My sincere thanks & gratitude - as ever - to the amazing Widasla Group, Dou Fourie and, of course, Jaco!!
We look forward to some good, A1-based fun over the next few months!!

Tell me that’s not seductive as all get out.
Spot clear gloss on 330gsm Plike Black….velvet touch deep black card stock with a spot clear varnish… oh my word.

How print has evolved.... not too long ago, printing a double-strike white, then CMYK, then a spot clear UV varnish on a black velvet board would have been a 4-day nightmare, if not next to impossible for most. And without question it would have required a chunky budget.... with the Xerox Iridesse it's a 5 minute dream... leveraging the Iridesse's power and versatility has allowed us to focus on short-run packaging solutions and enabled expansion of our Duplo finishing to include a B3+ Pfi blade cutter/creaser - working in tandem the machines allow us to create print applications that are quite simply, the impossible, made possible.

Wow, just wow. What I was playing with this afternoon - Metalloc Silver enhanced CMYK, in spots & image enhancement.
What the Iridesse is capable of is truly only limited by one’s own imagination!!
Loving this beast of a machine!!

In-house preparation for our lil beastie’s - Heidelberg XL75 5-Col - SPA-WEEK!!
Rollers out, for clean & condition, chem-drain, systems flush & reload, pre-clean and then it’s over to the AWESOME Widasla Group for some hectic cleaning, maintenance & pampering!!
Absolutely earned the down-time & pampering this year!
