Our subscription service (http://invoice-creator-demo.sholeis.o.za) is under reconstruction to make it responsive, multiple device compatible i.e phones, PC, desktop, tablet and lap-top. All you need is internet access and you will be able to send invoices and/or quotations to your customers in 5 min or less.

With our IQCreator you can:-

1. Save/Export the invoice to multiple formats (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV or TXT).
2. Retrieve previously created invoices
3. Alter previously created invoices
4. Send invoices automatically to your customers upon saving them.
5. Manage details of all your customers and products.
6. Generate reports e.g view and/save information on how many customers you invoiced for a specific product, which products sell the most, etc.

We have a subscription service for businesses and/or people who do a lot of quotations/invoices for their customers. I you create invoices a lot, you need this service as you can create an invoice in 2 minutes.The invoice will be emailed to your customer automatically when done creating it. You can always view all invoices/quotations created at any time should you need to. You can access this service from any device with internet connectivity. Give it a test run at http://invoice-creator-demo.sholeis.co.za username = testuser, password=abcd1234. Ideally add yourself as a new customer , create an invoice/quotation; it will be emailed to you as a PDF after you are done with it.
