What happens to a child’s holiday project after camp ends?
Maybe they built a game, designed a digital world, programmed a robot or experimented with AI. For a few days, they were completely focused on improving it, solving problems and making it their own. 🧩
Then the school holiday ends, routines return, and that project can easily become just another memory. But it could also become a starting point. 👀

A child who enjoyed building one game may be ready to learn how more complex games work. Someone who loved experimenting with AI may want to understand how to use it creatively and responsibly. A first coding project can lead to stronger logic, greater independence and the confidence to tackle bigger challenges.
Logiscool’s courses turn short-term enthusiasm into structured progress. Children continue from their current level, develop their interests over time and see how much further their ideas can go.

Don’t let their holiday project be the finish line. Let it be the first step!

3 signs your child needs Digital Intelligence 💻

Children spend more time with technology than ever before. But knowing how to use a device is not the same as knowing how to use technology wisely. We have collected 3 signs that show your child may need stronger Digital Intelligence skills.

But why is Digital Intelligence crucial? Digital Intelligence helps children become confident, critical and responsible users of technology. It supports online safety, AI awareness, creativity, problem-solving and better decision-making in the digital world. Because the goal is not simply to prepare children for more screen time. It is to prepare them for a world shaped by technology.

👉 Discover how Logiscool helps children build the digital skills they need for the future.

For many children, holiday camp is one of the highlights of the year. It is where they can explore freely, try new things, create, play, make friends and discover what they are capable of.
But that energy does not have to end when camp season does.

As the new school term approaches, it is a good moment for us, as parents, to think beyond timetables and school supplies. What would we like our children to achieve this term? What skills should they become more confident in? What interests could grow into something meaningful if they had the right support?

At Logiscool, children can continue the journey they started at camp throughout the school year. Through engaging, project-based courses in digital intelligence, coding, AI, creative tech and digital skills they can keep creating, solving problems and building confidence step by step.
Camp may be ending, but their next goal is just beginning.

"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." — Nelson Mandela

This Mandela Day, we're reminded that lasting change begins with opportunity.
At Logiscool South Africa, we believe that every child deserves the chance to build the skills, confidence, and digital intelligence to shape their own future. By teaching children to create with technology, not just consume it, we're helping prepare the next generation to solve tomorrow's challenges.

We're not just teaching digital skills, we're empowering young people to think critically, solve problems creatively, analyse confidently, and create consciously in an increasingly digital world. Because tomorrow's leaders won't just use technology - they'll shape it with purpose.

Whether it's coding, AI, robotics or digital creativity, every lesson is an investment in a brighter future.

Join us in empowering South Africa's next generation through digital intelligence.

AI can feel like a friendly helper: it answers questions, gives ideas, and reacts in seconds. But for children, it is important to remember one thing: AI is still a digital tool, not a trusted friend.

That means some things should stay private, like full names, addresses, school details, passwords, private family information, or photos shared without permission.
Does your child know what to share and more importantly what NOT to share with AI?

Today the world celebrates World Youth Skills Day, and this year's theme - "Youth Empowerment through AI and Digital Skills" - could honestly have been written about us.

Not because we simply teach AI or the latest digital tools, but because of what we've believed from day one: tools change, and they always will. AI is the big conversation today, but something new will follow tomorrow. What stays constant is the ability to think critically, adapt, create, and solve problems — and that's exactly what Logiscool has always set out to build in every child who walks through our doors.

We don't measure success by whether a kid can use the trendiest software. We measure it by whether they leave us curious, confident, and ready to figure out whatever the future throws at them. That's the skill that lasts; that's the one worth teaching!

Happy World Youth Skills Day — from a team that lives this theme every single day of the year.
