Laborite® is an interactive, web-based, decision-making application developed by
a team of practising labour lawyers and IT engineers, to guide line managers in
their day-to-day management of labour issues such as:

• managing discipline, grievances and poor performance in the workplace
• conducting and documenting regular performance reviews
• documenting and storing all leave and absen

teeism

The emphasis of Laborite® is on compliance and efficiency, whilst at the same time providing a means to transfer skills to line managers, quickly and effectively, and safeguard organisations against adverse awards and Court orders. In so doing, harmonious relationships between employees and managers may be built and maintained.
