certain of the processes utilise multi-level bills of material, from 6 to 10 levels deep, with each level being processed in turn via system generated batch sheets.
2) Specialised rubber compound manufacturing.. as above
3) General chemical manufacturing, via Batch Sheet processing... as above
Distribution companies... controlling large volumes of stock in various areas. Effective & efficient ware
house control of all stock, raw materials & finished goods. The above all use the QC feature, whereby ALL batches produced automatically creates quality control data related to the FORMULATION used in the process. It is quite easy and routine for qualified QC personnel to work with these generated / awaiting records, & to print QC Certificates, which can optionally be attached to the invoice or delivered via email thereafter. (used successfully for well over a decade at this point)
4) Systems that allow airline caterers to control the manufacture & distribution of meals / extras & issues, from the planning / manufacturing stages, in multiple production areas, through to the potential distribution of product to the end user \ client, with automatic creation of order \ invoice lines. On releasing of those invoices, the decrementing of the manufactured products matches the warehouse increments, allowing control of production & delivery right down to airline / trolley level at the loading bays, where the produced meals are loaded onto awaiting aircraft. One skilled / trained person can easily manage and control the various activities required to manufacture large volumes of kosher & halal meals, (as an example) each put together in perhaps 10 to 30 manufacturing areas. The accounting & costing of the required stock, both raw materials and finished goods is handled automatically... but with full user control & oversight at each level. Many company owners have perhaps stared in awe & wonder at the range & breadth of expensive marques reserved for IT consultants. In many cases these have overshadowed their own company fleet.
