Behind every small business is a real person… ❤️

If you’ve noticed Velvet Fox has been a little quieter over the past two weeks, here’s why…

On 14 July, life threw me a curveball. A fall resulted in a broken wrist, surgery, a plate and screws, and a few days in hospital. Since then, it’s been all about rest, recovery, medication, and learning to do just about everything one-handed! 🤦🏻‍♀️

As a small business owner, when I’m down, the business naturally slows down too. But the good news is… Velvet Fox isn’t going anywhere. 💙

I’m incredibly grateful for every message, enquiry, and bit of patience while I’ve been recovering. It means more than you know.

On Thursday, I see my surgeon again, and my cast finally comes off. 🤞 Here’s hoping for good news and the next step towards getting back to creating all the branded products you know and love.

Thank you for sticking with me through this little detour. I can’t wait to get both hands back into making your ideas come to life again!

Here’s to healing… and getting back to business. 🦊🧡

From screen to finished product. 🦊🖤

This project definitely wasn’t as easy as it looked! 😅

Every logo had to be prepared for vinyl cutting, weeded, layered, carefully positioned and then heat pressed onto stretch tablecloths… all while making sure nothing shifted or ended up skew. 😅

But we love a challenge and we’re really happy with the final result! 🔥
