Hi there everyone,

What a 2018 it has been so far.

Honestly, I can say that I am glad I took the break from my business. I am so glad I listened to that "gut-feeling".

In this time we moved, we got a cat and we said good bye to my dad about 2 months ago and I thank God that I didn't have the added pressure of business as well. God's timing with everything is always spot on.

Thank you for your patience and I am glad to say that I will be starting my baking again. Taking a step back makes you realise what you love and what your passion is.

I will be making a few more announcements as the months go by but for now cake orders can be placed via whatsapp on 0721479057.

This past weekend I baked a very decadent cake for a die-hard All Black supporter. And all he wanted was a chocolate cake with mousse and of course his favourite teams emblem and I decorated it to look like this. This cake is so yum, but you can only have one slice.

Good day everyone.

After a very tough and emotional 2017, I have decided to stop baking as a business. I will be taking time out to see where MelissaBee is going (in all areas).

Thank you to everyone that has supported me this far.

I will miss meeting new people and pushing myself, but there is a season and a time for everything and for now this season is being put on hold (or coming to an end).

Thank you once again and I hope to see you soon.
