This is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who understands WISP infrastructure, leadership, fault management, and network reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Oversee all WISP high sites and tower infrastructure
•⁠ ⁠Manage high-site maintenance, upgrades, and fault resolution
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate and supervise field technicians and contractors
•⁠ ⁠Ensure network uptime, stability, and performance standards are maintained
•⁠ ⁠Manage site power systems, batteries, generators, and backup infrastructure
•⁠ ⁠Monitor weather-related risks and emergency responses
