Randpark lawnmower and generator repairs are the very worst business I have ever had the misfortune to use. They have had my generator for 11 months and all I get is excuses. The so called head mechanic is beyond clueless. He has a large mouth backed up by a tiny brain. his knowledge of the job is non existent. The owners first response to my complaint was " oh, because im black" what a convenient excuse for zero delivery of service. No ,I am complaining because you dont know the job AT ALL.
Inefficient, useless, clueless and arrogant. Zero customer care.
Do not use their services for anything. They will lie, take your money and destroy your equipment.
