Our Big project is to turn Fairland into a Smart City ,

The Truth is Fiber is Fiber , No one can offer you more or less than the next person , Fibre Wise .. So who do you choose ? Every man and his dog is offering you Fiber , what questions do you ask ?

* Whats contention Ratio ?
* What guarantees do is have ?
* What if my services go down ?
* Internet is nice , what else can you offer ?

Even with all these questions answered (Correctly or not) , your getting a line for your internet , sure - some of the Service providers will offer a VOIP service (Call over the Internet Service) but the fact is , ADSL is ADSL , Fiber is Fiber - Its there and its fantastic BUT Just because its there it does't mean its great news for everyone , once the line is in - How do i get my awesome new superfast internet speeds through to my lounge? .. The real problem with any "Service Provider" in SA is After Sales .. WHAT HAPPENS IF/WHEN IT GOES WRONG ?

* Will i have to wait on the phone for 2 Hours just to speak to some one ?
* When / If i get through to someone , will they help ?
* When / If i get through to some one , will they be competent ?
