Responsibilities

Develop new functionality on our cloud solution.
Maintain and improve current functionality of the cloud solution.
Integration development with ERP systems like Sage X3, Intacct.
Technical support to clients.

Qualifications

Any Degree or Diploma regarding Information Technology

Junior Developer (0 - 1 years experience):

Any SQL experiences will do. A degree or diploma in IT will be beneficial but is not a must.

The candidate will be responsible for technical support. We will upskill the candidate to be a solid .Net Developer over time.

We have released version 3.2.0. This version contains some bug fixes with some new functionality. One of the functions that stands out is the new Financial Dashboard Reconciliation tool. With this tool the user will be able to compare a GL account from the ERP system with the GL account on AMS360. An integration will run every 10 minutes to compare the GL accounts with each other. This way the user will be able to see why the GL is out of balance.

It has been a long time since our last post. A lot has happened since. We have appointed new employees in our support and development apartment.
We have also officially released Version 3 of AMS360. This release is based on the latest technologies and presents the client with a great user experience.
A lot of new modules have been added for instance GIS and Asset Maintenance. These two modules will be a work in progress for the next few years to present the best software we can offer to our clients.

We will be looking to keep you up to date on the latest news and releases of AMS360.

Release Notes 2.2.10 - 2019-06-04

Features

• A new field was added to the acquisition screen "Funding Source". This field was also added to the Asset Import screen for clients who integrate with financial systems.

• We have added message popups on some screens to help guide the users on the processes. For instance, on the Asset Edit screen we have added a few help popups regarding classification change etc.

• For mScoa clients: The Classification change function have an extra field "mScoa Classification". This enables the user to change the GL Classification, mScoa Classification and Asset Type at the same time.

• The Vote Number field on the acquisition screen will automatically populate and save to the database. This feature is also available on the asset import screen for clients who integrate with financial systems.

• We have added custom attribute fields to the asset import screen. The attribute fields will load once the user have selected an asset type.

• The integration to financial systems has improved regarding asset imports.

o For Sage clients, the correct invoice number is fetched.

o The Purchase order number is also fetched from the financial system and is displayed on the import screen.

o The correct description is fetched from the financial system together with the message field. This is all displayed to the user on the import screen.

• A new feature was built into the Journal integration function where the user can decide to discard certain journals and they can reinstate those journals before approving to the financial system.

• Work In Progress: We have added the function to commission components on a work in progress project as assets.

• Scan Integration: We have changed the way assets integrate to AMS360. We will not stop the process if there are duplicate barcodes but will instead add the wording "_dup" to the asset barcode.
This will allow the integration to run smoothly.

Defects/Bugs

o Scan Integration: We have improved the error messaging for when the data is incorrect coming from the financial system.
