Today we say goodbye to Theo, who passed away on 28 August 2026.

Theo was much loved by the staff and customers of RDC, and for many of us he was far more than just a colleague.

He had an incredible amount of technical knowledge and experience, but there was also a wonderfully creative and free-spirited side to Theo. He saw things in his own way and was never afraid to offer a different view or opinion. Conversations with Theo were seldom ordinary, and that was part of what made him so special.

Over the years, he shared his knowledge generously, helped many people and left his mark on RDC and on those who had the privilege of working with him and getting to know him.

Today we remember Theo with great fondness and say goodbye to a colleague, a friend and a truly unique character.

Our thoughts are especially with his family and those closest to him today.

Rest in peace, Theo. You will be deeply missed and very fondly remembered.
