D&D Electronics is seeking an outgoing individual to serve as the primary means of interaction for our customers (email, telephone and face-to-face) and management of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Office hours:
Monday – Friday
07h30 – 16h00
Salary expectations:
We offer a starting salary of R4500 during the probationary period (3 months) which is subject to increase based on performance after this period.

D&D Electronics is a local leader in electronics repairs. Founded in 1996, we are a multi-vendor service centre catering to a wide web of personal and business customers, executing high-level repairs for the personal electronics of our customers.
A Day in the Life as our admin assistant
As the first-person customers engage with when communicating with our office, you will help complete transactions, provide progress updates and pricing on repairs, and refer them to other specialists in the industry when required.
As the person responsible for the incoming shipments, you will be checking the incoming shipments by matching parcels to waybills, checking for any inconsistencies and signing when all the requirements are met.
As the person responsible for the outgoing shipments, you will be securely and safely packing the parcels ready for shipment and communicating this with the relevant collection agent.
With each interaction, you will need to ensure compliance with our policies, procedures, and security requirements as well as government regulations.
Requirements:
• Academic matric (NSC) or equivalent
• Caring attitude
• Detail oriented
• Good communications skills
• Strong math skills
• Knowledge of core computer programs and aptitude for working with new systems and software
