Today we had the privilege of donating sanitary towels to the learners at Fisantekraal Primary School. 💚

Every girl deserves to attend school with dignity, confidence, and without missing class because of her period.

FibreUP is proud to play part in breaking the stigma and building a community where no learner is left behind.

Snr Drafsman with CAD experience.
Location: Cape Town, Durbanville
Salary: R12 500

We are looking for a detail-driven Draughtsman with CAD experience to produce accurate technical drawings and layouts for our fibre network infrastructure. To ensure designs are build-ready and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain technical drawings using CAD software for fibre network layouts, trenching routes, ducting, and installations
2. Update as-built drawings based on site feedback and redlined markups Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure drawings meet technical and compliance standards
3. Manage drawing revisions and maintain accurate version control Support site teams with drawing clarifications and issue resolution

Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Draughtsman, preferably in telecommunications or civil/utility infrastructure.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD – essential.
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
4. Understanding of technical drawing standards and layer management– essential.
5. Microsoft Visio skills for network diagrams and flowcharts will be an added advantage.
6. Experience with fibre optic network design drawings.
