We are seeking an experienced Area Network Owner (ANO) to join our FibreUP team. As an ANO, you will play a critical role in maintaining and managing our Fibre Network infrastructure within a designated area.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced ANO to maintain and manage our Fibre Network infrastructure within a designated area. The successful candidate will oversee fault resolution, supervise teams and contractors, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and foster strong client relations.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
* Oversee fault identification, management, and resolution
* Supervise on-site teams and third-party contractors
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Conduct route patrols to ensure network integrity
* Maintain up-to-date KMZ files and GE Small world documentation
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in Fibre Maintenance or a similar role
* Strong technical background in fault resolution and network infrastructure
* Proficiency in using KMZ files, GE Small world, and other relevant tools
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Ability to supervise and motivate teams effectively

Other Requirements:
* Own reliable vehicle (allowance and fuel provided, No overtime)
* Willingness to conduct regular site visits and patrols
* Familiarity with health and safety standards
* Must have a laptop or tablet suitable for on-site work

We are looking for a detail-driven Draughtsman with CAD experience to produce accurate technical drawings and layouts for our fibre network infrastructure. To ensure designs are build-ready and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
1. Create and maintain technical drawings using CAD software for fibre network layouts, trenching routes, ducting, and installations
2. Update as-built drawings based on site feedback and redlined markups Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure drawings meet technical and compliance standards

Requirements
