Fundamental Educational Support:

Our program supports the essential structural outcomes of Early Development:

Physical Development: The stimulation of bodily-kinesthetic components supporting coordination, gross and fine motor control.

Emotional Development: The development of self-concept, fostering confidence, independence, and successful social development. Developing moral awareness of the concept of mutual respect

Social Development: The process of developing skills for appropriate interactions and regulation of behavior

Cognitive Development: Supporting the mental capacity for problem-solving, thinking, memory, processing, and explorative skills. Exploring, adapting, and comparing primary learning outcomes such as reasoning, number, word, object, shape, and color relation to real-life components – enhancing the concept of experiential learning.

All components have been interwoven in our Daily Program, through various child-centered activities. Accolade provides optimal educational support to prepare your child for school readiness.

Superior Educational Support:

Our learning program also offers futuristic components of learning, adapted to the environment to enhance the developmental capacity of every child. These are blended with our Fundamental Educational Support system that includes:

Music, Dance, and Drama: this program supports sound recognition and relational learning whilst intertwining components of dance and drama to develop an understanding of how the body works, moves and thrives.

Coordination Control: supports core bodily control that allows the child to engage in healthy competitive sport with outcomes aimed to enhance their capacity for movement, skill performance, and team building.

Techno Kidz: a program offered to support learners in the event of a global crisis such as the pandemic. The program engages learners online, promoting educational outcomes efficiently.

Little Bloomers Gardening Club: Aimed to foster a healthy relationship with the natural environment using the concept, safe tools, and methods of gardening to promote tactile and sensory learning.

Future Leaders: Each week, our learners have the opportunity to experience various occupations. The learning environment comprises of a theme, encouraging children to explore the characteristics of their local community helpers, entrepreneurs, artists, and environmentalists. Each term, respected community representatives, of a chosen occupation, are welcomed to Accolade to exemplify the program’s learning outcomes.

Our curriculum is established using strategic, needs-focused learning. Each child is offered a comprehensive approach to acquiring skills in preparation for their next stage of school. Exploratory skills (the five senses, learning through play, body image, coordination control, and relational development) and Emergent skills (pre-writing, pre-reading, pre-numeracy) are all perfectly balanced to achieve the above outcomes in our child-centered learning environment.

The best way to describe learning how to play the piano is like learning how to write, paint or draw. It is an art but also a skill.

It starts off slow and takes off with a boom. Your passion determines your ability to play well

There's 3 stages

Beginner stage

Takes approximately 12 lessons on lesson a week this should teach you all the basics.

People who stop at this stage never become pianists.

The intermediate stage

This is where you take what you have learnt and invent with it.
Watch online tutorials on YouTube etc
This take between 5-10 months of determination. People in this category are able to play together in a band

Professional stage

Playing in studio to a metronome etc
This takes between a year and 5 years

People who play professionally are usually recognised in their communities and around the world.

Some people who don't practice often never reach this stage!!!!!
