Our PRO-Mode grads are officially in full gear.

6 weeks ago, we introduced you to the 19 exceptional minds joining our PRO-Mode: Graduate Development Programme. Today, the journey is in full gear - and the energy is unmatched!

Our grads have hit the ground running. They are officially integrated into their squads, tackling real-world project briefs, and diving deep into intensive weekly learning sessions. By covering a balance of critical tech foundations and essential soft skills, the programme is actively equipping them with the practical capabilities they need to succeed in a high-performance environment.

But building a world-class tech professional takes more than just code.
The cohorts recently kicked off their first professional coaching and regional team-building sessions. This wasn't your average icebreaker - they were challenged to collaborate and problem-solve under a ticking clock. The brief? Assemble a complex puzzle cube and build a helicopter and have FUN.

The Derivco Graduate Programme Co-Lab Assessment is in Cape Town today. Session 2 of 3.

Doors open. Brief drops. From that moment, candidates are working, thinking critically, building collaboratively, and engineering a solution to a live stakeholder challenge. No rehearsals. No second attempts. Just talent under pressure, and the work that follows.

Structured war room sessions keep teams anchored to the brief throughout the day. Final presentations close it out -technical depth and problem comprehension front and centre.
