A few weeks ago, I was a victim of remote jamming and my laptop was stolen out of my boot.
Fortunately, I had a good backup two days before the incident. It has still taken me two weeks to get back to normal. So, my question to you is, should an incident like this happen to you (I hope not), have you backed up correctly?
You think you have backed up correctly, but when it comes to restore, do you have all your files?
Speaking to a friend, he was saying his IT guys said that all his emails are backed up by their system and BANG , he got broken into and guess what?, No emails and important data all gone.
Again, if you have an external Hardrive for backup, do you carry it in your Laptop Bag? BAD MOVE.
Please note that Laptops are very vulnerable to Hardrive crash as they constantly on the move whilst on, so this is another reason to backup regularly.
