LussoLab Media is looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team - and if you're the right person, this could be the opportunity that changes the trajectory of your career.
We're a Durban based digital marketing agency helping small businesses and startups show up powerfully online.
We do social media, content creation, branding, video production, photography, content creation, website & graphic design, and paid advertising - and we're scaling fast.
Here's what the role looks like:
◆ Part-time & fully remote
◆ Commission-based - your income is entirely in your hands
◆ Flexible hours - we care about results, not clock-watching
◆ Month 1: Earn 10% of the client's first monthly retainer
◆ Months 2 & 3: Earn 5% for every client that stays active
◆ Uncapped earning potential
◆ Performance review at 6 months with the opportunity to formalise the arrangement 🤝
What we need from you:
— Prior sales or business development experience (this role is not for beginners)
— Strong communicator across email, LinkedIn, Instagram and cold calls
— Self-driven, disciplined, and hungry to earn
