✔️ Daily accounts admin: Invoicing, reconciling payments, expense tracking
✔️ Maintaining clean records using Sage Business Cloud or similar
✔️ PA support to the MD: diary, communication, admin coordination
✔️ Managing client queries and internal support ticket flow
✔️ Ensuring smooth internal operations and documentation

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

🔹 Has solid accounting admin experience
🔹 Understands platforms like Sage, Xero, QuickBooks (Sage preferred)
🔹 Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and team members
🔹 Is highly organized, self-managed, and solution-oriented
🔹 Is comfortable working independently in a remote setup
🔹 Can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the details
