When we engineered Crystal to handle commercial operations, the challenge wasn't just teaching her to reconcile bank statements or match supplier delivery slips to purchase orders. It was defining what she must flatly refuse to do.

Crystal prepares payment vouchers down to the cent, but she architecturally cannot approve them. That final release requires an authorized human director. And during unattended background jobs, financial payout tools are completely locked out of her runtime.
