R100 per customer Terms and Conditions for K&B gadgets
Qualified Purchase: A referral reward is only earned when the referred customer's purchase is completed, delivered, and not cancelled, returned, refunded, or subject to a chargeback within the qualifying period.
Holding Period: Referral commissions will be paid only after a 14–30 day verification period following successful delivery.
Return Policy: If a referred purchase is returned, refunded, exchanged for a full refund, or cancelled before the end of the qualifying period, the referral reward will be cancelled or reversed.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to withhold, cancel, or recover referral rewards where we reasonably believe the referral program has been abused, including self-referrals, coordinated returns, fake referrals, collusion between parties, or any attempt to manipulate the promotion.
Right to Investigate: We may request additional information to verify the legitimacy of any referral before approving or paying a reward.
Final Decision: K&B Store reserves the sole right to determine the validity of referrals and all decisions regarding referral rewards are final.

Smartphone Sale Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a smartphone from K&B Store, you agree to the following terms:
1. Inspect Before Purchase: Customers must carefully inspect the smartphone, including its physical condition, functionality, accessories, battery performance, and specifications before completing the purchase.
2. Test the Device: Customers are encouraged to fully test the device before payment. Our staff will assist where necessary.
3. Battery Disclaimer: As these are pre-owned/refurbished smartphones, battery health and performance vary from device to device. We cannot guarantee how long the battery will last on a full charge, as battery life depends on age, previous usage, charging habits, installed apps, and individual usage patterns.
4. All Sales Are Final: Once payment has been made and the smartphone has been handed over, the sale is final.
5. No Refunds or Exchanges: We do not offer refunds or exchanges after the customer has inspected, tested, accepted, and purchased the device, except where required by applicable law.
6. Customer Acceptance: By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that they have inspected and tested the smartphone, are satisfied with its condition, functionality, and battery performance, and accept it as sold.
7. Warranty: Any warranty provided, if applicable, will be stated separately in writing.
