Just an update on services offered.
Services offered for IT and Networking
Regular service:
-- entails call out / on site.
-- R150 per hour
Remote support:
-- either part of Managed Service Package (see below), or
-- part of Stand Alone Remote Support Package
-- Remote Support (Stand alone)
-----Packages 10 hours R800. Valid for up to 2 years.
-- Once off packages avail R100 per hour
Managed Service Packages
--SOHO (Small office Home office)
--Basic and Advanced Packages
--Basic includes Onsite and Remote support (10 hours Remote and 10 hours On site support). Package per month.
--Advanced includes Onsite and Remote support, both with custom hours. Validity period also custom.
Both Basic and Advanced packages include:
--Network scanning & Asset management using Lan Sweeper or PRTG Monitor (basic)
--User Accounts, incl setup and maintenance
--Operating System setup, maintenance and optimization
--Office and Accounting application setup, maintenance and optimization
--Backups, incl schedules and testing
--Software recoveries (Where possible)
--Malware, incl setups, updates,checks, testing
--Remote Support (hours included depend on custom package)
--On site support (hours included depend on custom package)
--Custom packages drawn up will indicate services and duration
Tutoring and Training
--Done on site / premises
--Custom schedule will be drawn up
--R150 per hour
Other
Call out fee R150
Quotes are free
Hours 7:00 till 18:00 Mon till Fri
After hours, emergencies, and Saturdays by special arrangement. Fees will apply.
Areas covered Fish Hoek and surrounds, incl Simonstown.
