AI is moving fast. But are we moving too fast?

In our latest blog, Lorraine Steyn, CEO of KRS, shares a grounded perspective on the rise of “vibe coding” in AI development.

A few insights that stood out:

• Speed is exciting, but without proper oversight, it can come at the cost of quality and security
• AI-generated code still needs human accountability (no shortcuts there)
• Strong engineering fundamentals aren’t optional. They’re what everything depends on

It’s a timely perspective as more teams lean into AI-driven development. The tools are powerful, but the responsibility doesn’t go away.

Are we starting to let AI drive the design process instead of designing with real intention?

In our latest blog post, KRS Senior UX/UI Designer Elizabeth Duff shares her thoughts on what it really means to “keep your UX cool” in 2026.

She looks at:

• Why restraint is becoming one of the most valuable skills in UX
• How to use AI tools deliberately without disrupting your workflow
• Why critical thinking and context still matter in an increasingly automated world
• And why observing real users is more important than ever

As AI tools keep evolving, thoughtful UX grounded in clarity, empathy, and human insight isn’t going anywhere.

If you’ve been feeling the pressure to keep up with every new AI tool, this is a great read.
