Our staff-training programme aims to achieve DLK’s employment equity targets and stimulate capacity building within the company. Social Responsibility:

DLK’s internship programme affords ICT students an opportunity to gain experience while studying towards a diploma or degree. DLK shares its knowledge and expertise by presenting motivational talks to various educational institutions

DLK’s Training Programme:

Trainees are carefully screened as they need to undergo an Aptitude Test to test their technical abilities. Once technical abilities have been assessed, the successful trainees are then sent on 2 months of formal training at an International accredited training provider. Once formal training is complete the trainee is then complemented with 8 months of practical training at a large Corporate Institution. Trainees then undergo an evaluation in the form of a written examination before attaining their formal qualification. Following further assessment, the qualified trainees are outsourced as DLK Consultants. This initiative (financed by DLK) spans 3 years and forms part of DLK’s Social Responsibility programme.
