Our Managing Partner, Anton Moulder, shares his take on business during as he himself navigates through this time of uncertainty:

"One thing I am certain about is this: the companies that are going to win, in my opinion, are the ones that are responsive, are decisive, act quickly and adapt. And that applies to Urbian too.

My perspective is that business is never going to be the same. We're never coming out of lockdown and going back to business as it was before COVID-19 hit. That's not a scenario that's going to happen. There will be companies that will take that approach, stick their head in the ground like an ostrich, hope and wait that after lockdown and things will be business as usual.

To make calls on what industries are affected and which aren't, is a tough guessing game to play - I've seen the most archaic industries reinvent themselves and do well - so I don't think I can make a call on that.

We're having to make some serious decisions and changes to the way we're running things in order for us to adapt and help others adapt to this post-COVID-19 world and we can't wait to share them with you."
