Fhad has more than 15 years of experience hustling in the high-paced ICT industry with global players such as Telkom Business, Dimension Data, and Tata Communications subsidiary Neotel. He brings a wealth of experience in managing all client relationships, is resolutely committed to customer service excellence, and enables clients to grow their market share and exceed their revenue targets.
He began his career as a cold-calling salesman at The Car phone Warehouse and a PowerPoint proposal trade show punter in London. It’s at the bottom of the corporate ladder that he discovered his passion. He then honed his ambition and skills to become an Account Manager of complex Converged Network Solutions and Corporate Dealer at Onetel in London at the dawn of the new millennium before becoming an account manager at Internet Solutions on his return home to South Africa.
It also allowed Fhad to put that old sales cliche “thinking out of the box” into practice.
Within a few years, he quickly surfed from positions as a Key Accounts Manager at Neotel and a Communications Solution Consultant at Nashua to a Business Solutions Consultant slam-dunking over 120% of his targets at Telkom.
