Fuel theft is quietly costing African fleets a fortune!

It rarely arrives as one dramatic incident. It goes twenty litres at a time — at a quiet stop, during a shift change, overnight at the yard — until it stops looking like theft and starts looking like poor consumption.

A docket is a claim, not a measurement. Someone signs it, and that number becomes your stock figure.

Fuel is usually the biggest controllable cost in a fleet. Most operators know what they spent. Far fewer know what they got for it.
