A courier invoice can carry a weight that never went on your scale.

Parcels get reweighed in transit, and most of the time the courier’s number matches the one you booked. When it doesn’t, the difference turns up as an extra charge on an order that shipped a while ago. Checking it means having to scour for the original booking.

Every Shopify order used to get typed out twice at Acorn Kids.

Once by the customer at checkout.
Once more by someone on the team, copying the name, number and address into a courier portal before anything could ship.

Now the store is linked directly to the Shiprazor platform. Orders land on the dashboard already captured, with the courier rates for each route beside them and the cheapest on top. Linking an online store is easy and takes an access token and no code.

Michelle and the team at Acorn Kids Head Office cam now spend that time selling instead.

The money rarely goes in one piece. A return from an address that was always going to be hard to reach. A weight adjustment on a parcel booked a little light. A rate accepted because it was the familiar one, while a cheaper option on the same route never got looked at.
