Client brought in a Windows 10 Gaming PC with:
❌ No internet connectivity
❌ Faulty USB 3.0 ports
❌ Slow system performance

After a full diagnostic, we discovered corrupted LAN drivers and a heavily unstable Windows installation. The system was backed up completely and treated to a fresh Windows 11 installation, including all drivers, updates, optimisation, and configuration.

✅ LAN connectivity restored 100%
✅ System running fast and smoothly again

✅ Data safely backed up and restored

The onboard USB 3.0 ports were unfortunately damaged due to a power surge caused by an external USB hub. To resolve this properly, a PCI-e 4-Port USB 3.0 expansion card with external power was installed, perfect for stable high-speed connectivity and powering external drives.

Final step? A complete strip-down and deep clean of the tower inside and out. The photos speak for themselves 👀
