The ZEPTO ransomware is doing the rounds, ZEPTO is a replica of the original CRYPTOLOCKER ransomware - The ransomware is distributed craftily and deceptively through email correspondence. Your antivirus / anti-malware won't protect you against this one. Make sure you stay vigilant and don't click on any links in PDF or WORD attachments from untrusted sources, your biggest defense tool is educating yourself against this ransomware!

Microsoft have acknowledge another bug with Outlook 2016 - whereby the feature - To "leave a copy of messages on server" feature when using POP mail acts abnormally by immediately deleting your mail from the web server - Whilst Microsoft work on patching this bug, you can work around it by deselecting the option stating "remove mail from server after X amount of days" - :) The MTEC Team

Microsoft have acknowledged a bug in Microsoft Office 2016 whereby messages sent in plain text format are not showing attachments correctly - An update will be released to resolve this bug shortly - In the meantime you can change the format of your email to HTML to see everything as it should be :)
