How to pan for Gold.

Panning for gold involves using water to separate heavy gold from lighter sediment using a pan. Submerge the pan, shake it vigorously to settle gold at the bottom, and wash away lighter gravel. Repeat this, tipping the pan slightly, until only heavy black sands and gold remain. Focus on inner bends of rivers and behind rocks.
