Dust on the outside of your computer case can’t cause much damage, but once dust is drawn into those vents they can begin to clog. When the vents clog the fans have to work harder to maintain a safe temperature. Additionally, dust that settles on the inside of your computer has unwanted insulating properties and can block proper airflow. Like any mechanical part, the harder those internal cooling fans work the faster they will break. There are few things more valuable than your Data. Losing all your data due to damage, theft or fire can cause mayor problems for your business. Imagine having to start all your spreadsheets, documents and financials from scratch… Can you afford to take that risk?

There are a few basic options that we offer, but feel free to discuss tailor made packages with us.

Option 1:
Collect and deliver.
We come in and collect your data on the media storage of your choice and take it off site.
Should a need arise for you to recover information from your backups we will deliver.
Daily, Weekly or Monthly, entirely up to you, you can decide on your own risk factor. We recommend a weekly backup.
R185 per collection, R250 per emergency / unscheduled delivery.

Option 2:
You do a backup onto an external / usb drive / pc hard drive of your important Data.
We come in and do a backup of that backup and store it of-site for you.
In the event that you require data to be restored, we will deliver it to your premises.
R250 per hour spent copying your data from your backup to our off-site unit.
R250 for emergency deliveries.

Option 3:
You buy two external hard drives, and do your backups to one of those drives.
We will come collect and store the drive off site, and hand you the drive back from the previous collection.
You then use that drive for your backups, until the next rotation.
That way you will always have a recent copy of your data securely offsite.
R185 per collection, R250 per emergency / unscheduled delivery.

Option 4:
We supply 2 or more of our own external hard drives and the rest will work the same as per Option 3.
R500 pm drive rental. Drive remains our property.
R185 per collection, R250 per emergency / unscheduled delivery.

Option 5:
We come in and do a backup of your data for you. Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
We will store data on our secure offsite server (not connected to the internet).
R250 per hour spent at your premises backing up data.
R250 per Emergency / unscheduled delivery, R250 per hour restoring Data to your PC.

Option 6:
Cloud Backup.
We setup automatic backups to our own privately managed cloud server.
Backups run in the background while you work.
Rates can be discussed, it all depends on the amount of storage you will need.
This option also requires a fast internet connection at your premises if you work with large files.
