Important Notice: Recall of the VAT Rate Adjustment Effective 1 May 2025

We would like to inform you of an important update regarding the VAT rate adjustment. The Minister of Finance has officially announced a recall of the previously communicated 0.5% VAT increase, effective 1 May 2025. This means the VAT rate will remain at 15%.

Please note the following:

Invoices for May: As our May invoices were generated in advance to reflect the 15.5% VAT, these invoices will be credited in full, and you will receive a new invoice to reflect the correct 15% VAT rate.

Payments Already Made: If you have already made payment based on the 15.5% VAT, the excess payment of 0.5% will offset against future invoicing.

Due to exchange rate volatility, Canon will increase prices across its product range from 1st June 2025, with exact adjustments to be confirmed soon. Additionally, all Q2 2025 promo deals will rise from 1st May, reflecting new stock arrivals subject to updated rates.

We're awaiting further details from Canon on May and June promos and will share updates as they come.
