AOLC is a proudly South African IT solutions company based in Boksburg, partnering with businesses, schools, and government organisations since 2004. We're looking for a driven Matric graduate to join us as a Sales & Marketing Assistant Intern at our Bardene head office.
Over 6 months, you'll earn R3,500/month while gaining real, hands-on experience across our business — not just watching, but doing:
- Sales & Client Engagement — Learn how we help organisations solve real IT challenges
- Marketing & Brand — Help us tell the AOLC story across digital and traditional channels
- IT & Cloud Technology — Get exposure to Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, managed services, and more
- Business Administration — Understand how a growing tech company operates day to day
Top performers will be considered for a permanent position.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate with CAT or IT, and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (Mathematics preferred)
- Valid driver's licence
- Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new tools
- Good communication skills — written and verbal
- Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to grow
- Able to commute to Boksburg (Bardene) daily
Beneficial:

- Accounting or Business Studies as Matric subjects
Start date: 1 July 2026
Stipend: R3,500 per month
