This unspoiled landscape conserves a rich variety of plants and animals and supports the local community, illustrating the vital connection between people and nature and the importance of maintaining balance. The exhibition seamlessly integrates CAPS school syllabus components, making it an effective learning supplement for visiting schools. The fabrication and design process incorporated advanced technologies such as resin 3D printing, multi-planar laser cutting, LiDAR scanning, CNC cutting, and direct-to-substrate printing in order to achieve a distinctive three-dimensional and tactile quality. This exhibition was designed and developed by Office 24-7 Architecture for the Lapalala Wilderness School with a dedicated exhibition team consisting of Nabeel Essa, Lauren Segal, Alexey Rodokanakis, Samke Kunene, Adriénne van den Heever, Jaco van den Heever, Renay Kneale, and Caela Wessels.
