🩷 A LITTLE REMINDER FOR OUR CLIENTS 🩷
Before placing and paying for an order, please take the time to read and understand our Terms & Conditions - especially our 7–14 working day turnaround time. This timeframe is there for a reason. We are a small business, with only 2–3 people handling the majority of the work. And when it comes to designs, I am the only person responsible for all the designing. That means there is only so much I can physically do in a day.
When we say 7–14 working days, we mean exactly that. Working days - we are closed over weekends because, besides running this business, I am also a mom with a family. Weekends are family time and this is something we have chosen to protect.
Please also understand that the turnaround time includes the entire process: processing your order, communicating, designing, making amendments where applicable, production, printing, packing and everything in between!
One of the biggest misconceptions we encounter is that a design will be done immediately after an order is placed/paid for. That is simply not how our process works. We cannot move your order ahead of everyone who placed theirs before you. We work in order of the date orders are placed and paid for within the turnaround time stated in our Terms & Conditions.
If you require something by a specific date, please ask before placing and paying for your order. We will always let you know whether we can accommodate it! ♡♡
And lastly, please remember that respect goes both ways. We respect our clients, their time and their orders. We kindly ask that you extend that same respect to us and our time. If we have to remind you of our turnaround time or explain our process again, there is no need for frustration, rudeness or disrespect!
Behind this small business are real people who work incredibly hard to give you something you love. 🤍 Please respect our time, our process and our terms - just as we respect you.
