Power Restored ✅

Power has been restored and our systems are coming back online. Clients should start reconnecting shortly.

A big thank you to Nelson de Jesus from NDJ Electrical for jumping in so quickly and helping us get everything sorted. Your support made a real difference today.

We’ll be keeping a close eye on the network stability over the next few hours.

It’s frustrating that these outages keep happening because of cable theft and power surgs. We really hope the municipality finds a way to stop the criminals who keep causing these problems for everyone.

Just a heads-up: We’ll be doing some maintenance this coming Tuesday night to clean and tidy up the server room after today’s work.

Quick update on the internet outage in Jordania and La Provence:

We will be replacing 20 metres of fibre cable. Preparation work has already begun, and our team is doing everything possible to get all clients back online as quickly as we can.
