Massive job at one of the warehouses. Installed large scale wall mounted vinyl graphics throughout the facilities alongside wide banners that needed to be drilled and mounted directly to the wall. As these are high up, we had to follow Givaudan safety protocols including wearing helmets, safety goggles and using lifts under supervision. Large scale coordination to make sure we have the installation zones cleared for us as some were under entrances and hallways that have lots of moving traffic.

Large scale jobs like this sometimes require hiring additional installers and we are happy with the results those professionals were able to execute. We have a good relationship with Givaudan and love to help provide the tools necessary for them to have a more beautiful workspace that manages to maintain a unique theme associated with their brand.

We love a good classic van turned funky!

We did a lovely Vinyl Lettering for our business neighbor's van that accentuates the bold red and white two tone colors of the vehicle with a fun font and simple yet effective heart symbol.

If you've been in Fairfield or have been a long time client for then you must've noticed their brand new sign on the side of the road.

We updated the old sign (2nd slide) to a sleeker and more eye-catching design that lets you easily read the other businesses names that share the same lot. Colors are more bold and sharper contrast utilizing our printer.

If you haven't visited the Fairfield location of the Credit Union, I recommend just stepping inside the lobby to read about their wonderful history and their importance in Polonia.

In regards to our last story, here we are using our cutter on that mass printed logo for Rol-Sad to cut around the shape of each design utilizing the power of the cutter's software integrated with the files of the design program, usually something like Adobe Illustrator. These can easily be weeded afterwards and separated into individual pieces to be used as stickers or slapped on any material such as magnets, acrylic, or coroplast, maybe even a tshirt but I wouldn't recommend that as it wouldn't hold too long.

Previously we showed us using the Epson SureColor60600 for wide format large prints, here we show is capability to print out multiples of the same small design for mass production. The colors are bright, bold, no streaks thanks to its shielding, directional fans blowing on the prints as they roll out and the automated roller at the bottom to keep the prints flat and secure. This is ideal for sticker making or magnetic displays.

These giant wall mounted plaques serve as a celebration of the 100th year anniversary of the Roman Catholic Parish Life Church in Manville. A huge process from designing the print with the intricate two-tone heart with thorns and crown adorning the cross, to cutting the vinyl into shape, weeding the excess out without losing the important small details. This is followed by laminating it to an adhesive tape so that it may readily apply onto the giant round boards.

The final product came out successful. We tend to print out extra in case something accidentally happens to the original. Always good to have a back up or two for the client, just in case.

Throwback: We are proud to support the Polish people's cause in conserving the location of the Katyn Monument in Jersey City, NJ when it was threatened to be moved to a more secluded place when it serves as a reminder of a historic betryal and mass murder of the Polish Elite by the Russians during WW2.

We have produced these t-shirts and wall mountable display for the members of the Committee Conservation of Katyn Monument and Historic Objects. The Polish people are a proud and resilient people who have worked hard and made a legacy for themselves here in NJ, we cannot think of any other way to help spread their message of unity and defiance.

Showcasing the printing capability of the Epson SureColor S60600. This thing is a beast of a printer, allowing you to print on a range of different material without much color loss, and allows for wide format printing that applies to things like banners, multiple safety signs, or vehicle wrap details. This is our go to printer at the shop and we're proud to own it.

Before and After Pictures

Renewing an older company logo (in Seafoam Green & Yellow) with a new colorway (Blue & Red) and additional contact info on a company car. Removed the older design and replaced it with fresh new vinyl decal.

Even updated the logo on the mailbox for integration to the new design company wide.

A popular way of advertising, car wraps or vehicle vinyl decaling is a simple and eye catching way of letting people know what services you provide and how they can reach you.
