Hello! We had a few delays starting but finally finished our project. We are very happy with the final results. Your product is easy to work with once we got the hang of it. We spent some time measuring and making calculations and lots of graft paper! We made some adjustments to the original plans and have exactly what we had hoped for!
Here are pictures of the inside. Our weather has been beautiful the last few days and we love spending time here.

America chooses in just over a week.

Home Porch & Patio Kits is fortunate to work with manufacturers who do not believe in bringing the rhetoric espoused by either side of the 2024 election into everyday work life. Despite the polarizing nature of today’s brand of politics, our suppliers' professionalism over the last six months has been remarkable. They solely focus on producing and delivering high-quality patio covers, screened enclosures, and modular sunrooms.

It has been a pleasure to continue in these 20+ year relationships.

That said, the effects of the 2024 election on consumer confidence have been undeniable. Except for a slight tick upward in August, according to the Conference Board Consumer Confidence Index, all indicators fell again in September. Consumers generally assessed their present situation less positively and were more pessimistic about their income, business, and labor expectations.

The cost of the goods we represent and the age demographic we typically serve have proved to be the least confident. This has shown up in a slower 2024 than we expected.

The reality remains that no matter who takes control of the government, we will not know how well they have met our expectations until the midterm elections. In the meantime, we expect that 2025 will see the fear created by both parties' predictive rhetoric allayed. As things settle down post-election, consumer confidence will start ticking upward.

We have secured new product lines for the 2025 season and renewed commitments from all our manufacturers. We are confident that 2025 will be a good year and we are heavily investing in a new WEB site and presence. Look for it early in the new year!

Whichever way you vote, be informed, be others-focused, vote with the nation's best interest in mind, and, above all, vote hopefully. Tomorrow will come. God will still be sovereign.
