Good morning ☕️

I asked ChatGPT to create three versions of me:

Who I think I am.
Who strangers probably think I am.
And how the people closest to me probably see me.

I’m not sure it got everything right 😂 but that third version definitely made me think.

We spend a lot of time showing people the confident, busy, always-building version of ourselves.

The people close to us see the rest too. The tired version. The stubborn one. The one who questions everything, changes direction and still keeps moving.

So now I’m curious: how different would your three versions be?

Je remarque un truc ces temps-ci : beaucoup de petites entreprises veulent un « agent IA » parce que c'est le nouveau mot à la mode.

Ça sonne bien. Mais quand on regarde les opérations, souvent le problème est beaucoup plus simple.

Personne ne répond au téléphone après 17h. Les leads restent dans les emails pendant deux jours. Quelqu'un copie encore manuellement des infos d'un système à l'autre.

Mon point de vue : avant de construire un agent IA complexe, commencez par automatiser ces problèmes plates qui vous coûtent déjà du temps et de l'argent.

Réduire les frictions d'intake et éliminer les tâches manuelles rendra tout le reste plus utile et plus simple à justifier.

C'est la partie que je corrigerais en premier.

I think a lot of small businesses are looking at AI the wrong way.

Most customers don’t wake up thinking:
“Wow I hope this company uses AI.”

They just want:

* fast replies
* simple booking
* less waiting around

That’s it.

The businesses doing well right now are usually:

* easier to reach
* quicker to answer
* smoother to deal with

AI is often just helping quietly in the background.

Honestly, I think the biggest opportunity for many businesses is not “more marketing.”

It’s removing friction.
