English Speaking Call Agents Needed (15)

At Limitless Marketing, we're expanding our outbound call center team and are in search of English-speaking individuals. It's a great opportunity if you enjoy talking to people and providing excellent service.

What You'll Do:
-Make outbound calls, prioritizing top-notch customer service every step of the way.
-Team up with fellow agents to not just meet, but surpass our goals.
-Maintain professionalism and exceptional customer service standards consistently.

We're Looking For:
-Fluent English speakers with excellent communication skills.
-Experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

The schedule is from Monday to Friday, from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Base salary plus performance-based bonuses.

We're looking for new team members to join our Technical Support crew at Coding Lab.
-5 spots for Technical Support L1
-3 spots for Technical Support L2

Location: Bregu i Diellit, Prishtinë

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Level 1 Support: Conduct performance checks; manage fraud and transaction errors; onboard clients; and address game issues, escalating complex ones as needed to L2.
-Level 2 Support: Includes Level 1 tasks plus resolving game issues; testing games and fixing exceptions with Java language; analyzing game XML logs via Google Cloud Platform; and escalating complex ones as needed to L3.

Requirements:
-Experience in technical support or IT.
-Proficient in Java, XML, JSON, with Google Cloud Platform experience.
-Skilled in using Jira, Trello, and Slack for project management and communication.
-Strong problem-solving skills, customer-focused, with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Work Schedules:
-We have 3 different work schedules. We'll discuss which one fits you best during your interview.

We are looking for 25 motivated English Call Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
Address customer inquiries, providing information about our products and services.
Resolve customer complaints and problems with patience and understanding.
Update customer records in the database, as required.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Report on call center performance and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center.
Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
