We're hiring 6x Senior Network Engineers.

Routing, switching, and the configurations that keep production traffic moving. Migrations and cutovers that have to land clean the first time, because there is no second window.

If you've closed a maintenance window green at 3am, you already know the job.

The work before the work. More than 14,000 orders to prove it.

H1 2026. Team Prelim MS Provisioning completed more than 6,500 preliminary design orders and upwards of 7,500 MS provisioning and staging orders, covering up to 10 product types across both functions. Combined, that is more than 14,000 orders handled before anything else in the pipeline even begins.

In network engineering, what happens before the work is just as important as the work itself. Prelim MS Provisioning is the team that makes sure everything downstream runs without friction. Every order scoped, every design staged, every product prepared before it reaches the next team. At this volume, precision at the start of the process is what prevents problems at the end of it.

More than 14,000 orders in H1. The work before the work, done right.

Almost 400 orders. 37 states. All of them complex.

H1 2026. Team CMP handled nearly 400 complex provisioning orders spanning upwards of 37 US states and across 11 US regions.

Complex is not a warning label at Mikkena. It is a specialty. Every order that comes through CMP involves multiple services, multiple stakeholders, and a level of coordination that most teams would classify as an exception. For CMP, it is the baseline. The orders that do not fit neatly into a standard workflow, the ones that require engineering judgment at every step, those are exactly the ones this team was built for.

Nearly 400 orders handled in H1. Thirty seven states covered. Eleven regions served. And not one of them was straightforward. That is kind of the point.

1,721 projects. 5 minutes or less for an expedite.

H1 2026. Team CIP delivered more than 1,721 projects, logging upwards of 3,467 hours of pure engineering work, writing and executing more than 1,644 MOPs on live networks, and impacting upwards of 1,200 unique customers across the US.

Capital Infrastructure Projects are the big ones. The ones with multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and zero tolerance for error. Every MOP written by this team is a step by step document executed on a live network, where the margin for mistakes is nonexistent. At this scale, the ability to move fast without cutting corners is not a given. At Mikkena Global J.S.C, it is the standard.

And when something is urgent? Their average wait time for expedites is under 5 minutes. Other people's emergencies became their everyday.

1,782 unique customers. Every single one taken care of.

H1 2026. Team MS PAS handled more than 1,800 post-activation cases, serving 1,782 unique customers in the first half of the year alone.

Post-activation is where the real work begins. The service is live, the order is closed, and the customer is now running on a network that has to perform. When something is not right, MS PAS is the team that steps in. No escalations, no back and forth, no finger pointing. Just engineers who know exactly what to look for and how to fix it before it becomes a bigger problem.

More than 1,800 cases handled in H1. That is not reactive support. That is proactive ownership.

Older than the engineers. Still running.

H1 2026. Team Dukenet handled more than 300 orders involving upwards of 118 circuits, spanning 6 US regions and covering up to 22 US states.

Network infrastructure does not come with an expiration date. Some of the equipment our Dukenet team decommissions this year has been running longer than the engineers working on it have been alive. That is not a problem. That is a testament to the depth of knowledge this team brings to every engagement. Understanding legacy infrastructure at this level is a skill most teams do not have. Ours built a whole team around it.

6 regions. 22 states. And a team that knows the network better than the network knows itself.

Rain, thunder, and a Monday. The weather outside our window said “not today” and we said “watch us anyway.” 🩵

750 carrier calls. Every single one handled.

H1 2026. Team OIC coordinated more than 700 installs, managed nearly 2,800 dispatches, processed over 1,400 confirmations, and made upwards of 750 carrier calls on behalf of our customers.

OIC sits at the intersection of every moving part in the installation process. Dispatches, confirmations, carrier coordination, all of it running simultaneously, all of it time-sensitive. When something needs to move, OIC makes sure it moves. When a carrier needs to be called, OIC picks up the phone. When a dispatch needs to land on time, OIC makes sure it does.

Nearly 2,800 dispatches managed in half a year. That is not a support function. That is an operation.

Almost 30,000 products designed. Before a single cable gets touched.

H1 2026. Team Low Level Design delivered designs for more than 3,200 clients, spanning upwards of 5,500 projects and nearly 30,000 products across up to 10 product types.

Low Level Design is where the network takes shape before it exists. Every circuit, every configuration, every product that gets provisioned, installed, or activated downstream starts here. The detail work that most engineers avoid is exactly the work this team runs toward. At this scale, there is no room for approximation. Every design that leaves this team is built to be handed off without a single question mark.

And among the most complex engagements this half: a single client, 453 locations, more than 2,700 products designed, end to end. From preliminary design all the way through to provisioning, installs and post-activation support. One team. One standard. All the way through.

650 hours on the phone. Not one minute wasted.

H1 2026. Team RC/UC MACD handled more than 2,200 cases, spent upwards of 650 hours in direct communication with customers, and averaged under 10 minutes per call.

Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletes. Four words that represent some of the most time-sensitive, detail-heavy work in network operations. Our RC/UC MACD team handled all of it this year, simultaneously, without missing a beat. At this volume, speed and accuracy are not a tradeoff. Our team treats them as the same thing.

H1 is done. The pace has not slowed.
