The more complex a network gets, the more it depends on the quality of the connections holding it together. Thousands of cables can run in different directions, across different sites and systems, but when every connection is where it should be, all that complexity starts to make sense.
The same is true of the people behind the network. Telecom brings together engineers, field teams, operators, customers and partners, often across different markets and under tight timelines. The work moves because those people know how to work together, communicate when something changes and trust each other to take care of their part.
And somewhere along the way, things can get tangled. A project changes direction, another layer gets added, more people get involved, and something that once felt simple becomes harder to follow.
Sometimes, all it takes is the right set of hands to start making sense of it again. To follow each line, understand where it leads, and bring some order to what’s become complicated along the way.
That’s how we like to approach the work at Mikkena. Patient enough to understand what’s already there, experienced enough to know where to start, and always thinking about how the next person will pick up where we left off.
