📢 We’re hiring: ICT CAD/BIM Specialist (AV / Security / Low Voltage)

WeDo Source is expanding its CAD/BIM team and we’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused drafter who can deliver clean, buildable drawings for real commercial projects.

This is not basic drafting. You’ll work on AV, electronic security, and structured cabling systems — real projects, real clients, real impact.
Your impact:
• Construction drawings in Revit & AutoCAD (AV, security, low voltage)
• Rack elevations, panel layouts, riser diagrams, head-end room drawings
• Bluebeam markups, takeoffs, coordination
• BIM coordination & clash detection with GCs and trades
• As-builts and close-out documentation

What we expect:
• 2+ years CAD/BIM (low voltage / AV / MEP preferred)
• Strong Revit + AutoCAD
• Solid Bluebeam workflow
• You understand what you’re drawing — not just lines, but systems

You’ll own bid estimates for CCTV, access control, data/voice and more—review plans, do take-offs, source pricing, build labor models, and deliver airtight proposals.

What you bring: 2–5 years estimating low-voltage systems, Bluebeam/PlanSwift or similar, solid Excel skills, and laser focus on details under tight deadlines. Electrical Engineering or Construction Management degree is a plus.
